Model No.︰BDCR 10,20,40
Brand Name︰BDCR
Country of Origin︰China
Unit Price︰US $ 4.5 / KG
Minimum Order︰500 KG
Properties:
Good weather resistance, high chemical stability, saltwater resistance and good ultraviolet resistance. Excellent adhesion to steel and concrete.BDCR-5 is a newly developed product with low viscosity, it can help customers rising solid content and reaching the VOC emission standard under 420g/L in the coating formulations
Solubility:
Soluble in organic solvents (like toluene and xylene) and forming a colorless or yellow transparent solution. Insoluble in ethanol fat hydrocarbons solvents.
Stability:
Stable in an atmosphere at room temperature and slowly degrading under continuous heating. Addition of less than 1% epoxy resin with low molecular weight is suggested during the production process.
Compatibility:
Compatible with the majority of plasticizers. The most used plasticizer is chlorinated paraffin with a chlorine content of 40-52%. With chlorinated paraffin 52° for example, according to the requirements of the coating, a mixing ratio of resin to plasticizer between 2:1 and 3.5:1 is recommended. BDCR has also a good compatibility with acrylic resin and alkyd.
Applications:
BDCR has a good resistance to chemicals and atmosphere and good compatibility with many resins and plasticizers. It finds applications in many industrial fields, such as:
Anti-corrosive paint / marine paint / flame-retardant paint / road marking paint / adhesive
BDCR is available in various viscosity grades. All grades are free from carbon tetrachloride (CTC).
Packaging and Storage:
20 kg/bag. Store at room temperature, free from humidity. Non-dangerous good with stable chemical properties.
